Trip Reports
All boaties whether a member of Coastguard or not are encouraged to lodge a Trip Report (TR) when leaving the harbour. Your report should include the number of people on board, a general area you are heading to and your expected time of return (ETR). This information is noted in our TR sheets and will assist us in providing appropriate assistance if required. Safe boating practice encourages carrying two form of communication (VHF, Cell Phone) when heading off shore.
