G J Gardner Ranger

Sadly, today, Wednesday 5th September 2018 we bid farewell to our faithful rescue vessel for the past 18 years, G J Gardner Ranger. Ranger is off to Auckland to begin a new career with Northern Region Coastguard. She has served us well and it was with some nostalgia that we witnessed her departure.

Our best wishes go to those from Northern Region Coastguard who may have the opportunity to crew her.
